Dr Solomon Fubara PhD, MBE, MCIM; MIMgt
Founder member of Savannah Development Foundation and presently Managing Director of a local Charity. Dr Fubara has over 20 years of experience in empowerment programmes, training, regeneration activities, management, prudent accounting, project evaluation, etc. He is the Secretary General – and the person in-charge of strategic directions and project development. His experience in community development and knowledge of non for profit organisations is key asset to Savannah Development. He has twice been awarded with recognition for his contribution to community and business development in the South West.
Ms Tokunbo Beyioku E.M.N; Dip. Gestalt Therapy; Dip. Training for Trainers
Founder member of Savannah Development Foundation and local entrepreneur. She has in her previous contribution served as Mental Health Manager helping many local residents suffering mental health disadvantage. Involved in other community agencies as volunteer and committee member – her 15 years experiences are centred in training, skills development, supporting older people, motivating people, and coordinating projects. Tokunbo is the current Chair of Savannah Development with specific “Terms of Reference” for forward planning and fundraising.
Mr Robert Owino BSc; MSc; ACCA
Management Committee member and honourable Treasurer of Savannah Development Foundation and a Chartered Accountant. His skills are centred on management accounting, good accounting systems and principles, evaluation and better finance management. He is committed to Savannah and serves as internal Auditor & Evaluator of Accounting practices and ensuring public finances are used in accordance with Charitable objectives.
Mr Peter Songu
In depth knowledge of the African community including young and older people. A local entrepreneur, community activist and well respected by the African community. His knowledge of the community in general is an asset in galvanising the African people.

- We organise regular Elder/Older peoples forum to discuss topical issues affecting environment, health, education, and many more. A forum where elders/older people engage in dialogue and disseminating their ideas, knowledge, experience and skills.
Young Peoples Forum
- Sharing knowledge, skills, common purpose for self-development and personal effectiveness. Motivational sessions to assemble young people to discuss issues that affect their lives and future development.

MANAGEMENT
Networking events are held periodically, enabling young people to brainstorm, and discuss ideas and engender the ethos of working together, and sharing common themes. Person to person dialogue of life’s plan and objectives and feeding from each other’s contribution.
These event sessions are a perfect forum for positve development results such as:
